What are you doing tonight?

Posted by Matthew Connor on March 6th, 2009

WRONG.

Unless you were about to say “Going to PA’s Lounge,” which is the correct answer.  The gates will be opened at 8:00.  Milquetoast will give you some of that old razzle-dazzle at 9:00, and we will follow soon after.  Our set will include a BRAND NEW SONG, we think.  Next will be The Atomica Project, visiting us all the way from the so-called “Windy” City (which in reality is not that much windier than here — no really, I’ve been there!), so please stick around and lavish them with your praises and gas money.  Indeed, it is sure to be an evening of sound and spectacle.

On a more somber note, we are in Lenten times and therefore I cannot accept any alcoholic beverages that find their way to the stage.  If you feel you must generously reward our efforts with libations, Stacia will have a Jack&ginger, Honeysmacks wants a Patron on the rocks, Nikki would enjoy a beer, and a Shirley Temple with an extra cherry for me, s’il vous plait.

I wanted to take a brief time-out from the regularly scheduled reminders about our show at PA’s Lounge in Somerville on Friday night to bring your attention to the fact that there are fifteen, count ‘em, fifteen new photographs in the gallery from our Fight To Save The Boobies show.  Here is my favorite of the bunch:

Are you there, God?  It’s me, Adam.

The photographs are courtesy of soundguy extraordinaire DJ Pet, as well as Professor Coldheart of Periscope Depth, who once made the dubious claim that “listening to [us] is like fucking in vinyl pants.” Well then.

Do you have any pictures to share?  Send them our way and we just might post them.  Feel free to bring your cameras to our show at PA’s Lounge in Somerville on Friday night, while you’re at it; we promise to try to wear makeup.

Bye!
